Diane is an internationally qualified Montessori Guide with fourteen years’ experience in both the 3–6 and 6–9 environments. She holds a B.Com degree and is registered with SACE. Diane and her daughter founded a Montessori school in Johannesburg, which they led successfully for eight years before relocating to Somerset West. Since then, she has continued her work in Montessori education with dedication and care.
Diane brings a gentle, grounded approach and a real love for helping children build confidence and independence. One of her favourite moments in the classroom is when a child looks up from their work, proud and smiling, saying “I did it!” That joy is central to how she supports and guides young children. She believes that when children feel secure, valued, and trusted, they flourish.
