Sam plays a central role in shaping the culture, energy, and wider life of the school. She has a deep appreciation for the holistic nature of the Montessori philosophy, which strongly influences both her professional work and her life at home with her three young children.
She earned her Montessori qualification in 2011 and has worked across a range of Montessori environments, experiences that supported her long-term goal of opening her own school. Sam is currently studying towards her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and remains deeply committed to supporting families in understanding child development and well-being. She values strong, connected relationships with parents and the wider community.
Incredibly creative and vivacious, Sam is the face of the school at events and brings warmth, colour, and connection to everything she does. Outside of school, she enjoys singing at her local church and taking part in local netball tournaments.
